Subscriptions

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact subscriptions. Handheld Contact offers a free 14 day trial with full support to ensure the product meets customer expectations before making a purchase.

Active subscriptions may be transferred to other Handheld Contact accounts.

Subscription Upgrades

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact subscription upgrades.

Subscription Upgrades includes:

HHC+ (Premium and Basic)
HHC Secure+

Subscription upgrades are non-transferable and expire with the subscription they are attached to.

Orange Care

There are no refunds for Handheld Contact Orange Care support plans.
